As occurs in other construction works, there are two very dangerous underlying elements for the client:
On the one hand, the lack of professionalism, frequently derived from companies created in 24 hours and that in Numerous occasions also disappear without warning. They are companies without real technical solvency, although with an attractive advertising package, which necessarily lead to malpractice: the use of low-quality materials in many cases, and what is more important, inappropriate in others. How is this possible? It is not difficult to find applications for combustible materials in false ceilings with incandescent lights, hygroscopic materials in air chambers with moisture derived from small leaks, even materials that promote the nesting of rodents and insects, and a long etcetera.
On the other hand, the high supply derived from the above, entails a war of low prices. The problem is that, to achieve such prices, they resort to qualitative and quantitative losses. And the fact is that, as it is definitely a type of insulation that is hidden in the air chamber, they succumb to the temptation of applying amounts well below what is necessary to achieve the desired result and of materials that are not always of the contracted quality.
